Blueberry scones

Is there anything better than waking up to fresh scones in the morning? These are made with hand-picked blueberries and buttermilk. For an extra kick, you can even drizzle them with a powdered sugar glaze. 

Cookie Butter Cake

This cake is always the talk of the party. The perfect combination of a smooth sweet swiss meringue flavored with cookie butter and the crunch of cinnamon speculoos cookies. If you've never had the pleasure of eating an entire jar of cookie butter (or maybe you have) then indulge in this delectable creation and see for yourself just how addicting cookie butter can be!

Chantilly Cake

This family favorite is a light golden cake with a soft fluffy texture. Layered in between each cake is a tangy triple berry filling consisting of raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, and lemon zest. This cake would not be complete without its signature Chantilly Swiss Meringue frosting made from egg whites, golden sugar, and mascarpone.

Brown Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

This is my take on the classic. I mix chunks of extremely dark chocolate and a milk chocolate to make the perfect combination of rich and sweet. The browned butter adds a touch of nutty flavor which pairs really well with the pinch of sea salt sprinkled on top. They are cooked until just golden brown around the edges so that the middle remains chewy and the bottom give a little crisp bite to it.

Chocolate Caramel Whiskey Cake

The name says it all but in case you need more detail...

This rich chocolate cake is soaked in butterscotch liquor and whiskey. Then each layer is topped with a generous dollop of caramel swiss meringue buttercream and a drizzle of more whiskey caramel. If that doesn't convince you, take a look at this satisfied customer's review:

"The cake was amazing! I've never had a piece of cake that was so decadent yet so light! the icing just melts in your mouth and the drizzle....don't even get me started! The salty with the sweet is perfectly balanced and unlike anything I have ever had ."

Chocolate Peanut Butter Tarts

Don't let the picture fool you, these chocolate peanut butter tarts are big enough to share (if you're into that sort of thing). Does your family always fights over the Easter and Halloween Reese's like mine does? Then these may be a great alternative! We ended up having to cut them into slices or breaking them apart on top of a bowl of ice cream. The possibilities are only limited by your imagination.

Butter Pecan Cookies

These cookies were inspired from a trip to Savannah. GA. While there, we fell in love with some delicious cookies from an unlikely place- our hotel. Those cookies were much too small though so we made these larger than your average cookie. Each bite has a crispy buttery flavor and just a crumble of pecans. It almost tastes as if there's caramel baked in.

Vegan Carrot Cake

This classic is our first dessert that is completely vegan. It's hard to believe there are no eggs or dairy products in this scrumptious cake. The frosting is sweet and light as it pairs perfectly with the soft and spongey spice cake. Cinnamon, nutmeg, and brown sugar are the star flavors of this family favorite.
